Common questions
How often do prices update? Once a day. Prices are TCGplayer market estimates, not offers to buy or sell.
The scanner doesn’t read my card. Hold the phone so the card fills most of the frame, avoid glare, and use the light button in dim rooms. You can always search by name or card number instead.
Why do I have to choose a version? Several printings (standard, parallel, alternate art, reprints, promos) share one card number. Compare the art and border with your card.
How accurate is the centering check? On cards with a printed border it is usually within 2 points of the true ratio. Full-art cards have no border to measure, so place the lines yourself. Grades shown are estimates, not official grades.
Restore a purchase from Settings → Restore Purchases, signed in with the same Apple ID.
Cancel a subscription in the iPhone Settings app → your name → Subscriptions.
